Planning and designing a unique craft brewery
The chances are high that you have heard of or even tried one of Brooklyn Brewery's beers. From its humble beginning in 1988, it took the brewery 22 years to grow to 100,000 barrels of production. However, in the following three years the brewery quickly grew and broke the annual production mark of 200,000 barrels.
